January 2024 has been a good start for indoor cycling and conditioning! Nowadays for me, December, January, and February are big indoor cycling months.
Being more particular and a bit less reckless in my older age, I have been using an indoor exercise bike more frequently in the Winter months. I have tracked total indoor cycling hours monthly for the past 17 years.
January 2024 is my 2nd best monthly indoor effort in 17 years @ 15:01:00 in 24 rides (my best month ever was January 2011 @ 16:57:00 in 23 rides)! That Jan. 2011 effort was accomplished while rehabbing from my first TKR.
Still, looking forward to outdoor biking, too!😎
